What this guide does
This is a static educational guide. Its pages contain text, local style files and the practice's logo. There are no health-entry fields, photo uploads, appointment forms, session-replay tools or analytics scripts in this guide. Reading a page does not submit a consultation request.
Your browser still requests files to display a website. Hosting services can process ordinary technical information needed to deliver those files, such as network and request information. A static page is not a claim of anonymous hosting or of no technical requests.
Consultation and source links open other pages
The consultation link opens the existing SMILE-FX® request page. Source links open professional or medical information on other websites. Those destinations have their own privacy information and behavior; this guide does not control what you enter there.
The consultation link includes a source tag identifying this guide, along with the microsite campaign tags. Those tags describe the referring guide. They are not fields for personal details. Do not put a name, medical history, photograph description or other private health information into a website address or its query text.
Phone links ask your device to use its calling function. They do not place a call automatically when you read the page. Use the practice's actual contact arrangements if you need to discuss personal care information.
Keep personal care conversations in the right place
The examples are fictional teaching, not records about a visitor. They are not a way to diagnose your smile or make a personal treatment decision. Existing patients should follow their treating team's directions and confirmed contact routes for current questions.
For the publisher and the role of the sources, see About this guide. For the actual consultation destination and location, see Visit details.
